• It sounds so stupid to have a Zillion listings, do a Zillion sales and make a Zillion dollars.
• Real Estate has independent contractors. Zillow just has employees.
• Real Estate has more Success Coaches, so we know the top 10 ways to do everything.
• Real Estate has the NAR.  Zillow doesn't.
• Real Estate is a profession, like doctors, lawyers and hairdressers.  Zillow isn't.
• Realtors can do in hours what Zillow can do in seconds.
• Realtors have a code of ethics. Zillow just makes money.
• Zillow doesn't have any "Make a million dollars with no money down" infomercials.
• Realtors get lots of help from the Department of Justice.  Zillow doesn't.
• The Internet, Google and Zillow are just passing fads.

Cliff,

Whew! I can't decide if these are funnier or sadder because I've heard most of them in one form or another "around the water cooler" (if not aimed at Zillow, then Google or Craig's List or some other web-powered service).

I haven't come up with my own #10 yet, but I'd vote for moving "Realtors can do in hours what Zillow can do in seconds" up into the main list.

The neighbors may know as much about the value of houses on their block as zillow. When askaneighor.com starts doing valuations, zillow will have some competition.
