What if every home for sale had its own Web site?
What if you could advertise on everyone of those sites?
WebHomeUSA gives a free Web site to every home for sale in a market (like an MLS). With our patent pending process we hook the home's domain name to its street address and link it to WebHomeUSA.com yielding: 123MainStreetRochesterNY.WebHomeUSA.com. We then sell ads, like Google ads, on all those sites; "all around the house."
Google gives free online search information and sells ads around the results.
Zillow gives free online home value estimates and sells ads around the information.
WebHomeUSA gives a free Web site to every home for sale and sells ads "all around the house."
Benefits for homebuyers are they can now search for a home directly by its street address and directly in the search box of any general search engine.
Benefits for homesellers and their agents are they get their properties advertised on at least 2 additional Web sites, one of which is hooked to the home's street address.
Benefits for home-sale related businesses are they can target their advertising by location, price and any feature. An additional benefit is businesses can now target their advertising by stage of home sale: Pre-Sale, Pending Sale and Post-Sale. Each stage is its own target market and can attract different advertisers: Lenders, until the buyers have a mortgage; Lawyers, until the buyers have a lawyer, Home Inspectors until buyers have an inspection, etc.
As Google, Yahoo, MSN, AOL and Ask fight it out for market share in general search there are great opportunities in vertical search, based on relevance of content and business model. Google has proved the model for search advertising, Zillow is proving the model for one aspect of home information and we plan to prove the model for a free home Web site and search advertising.
