Zillow, MSN and Pictometry

Dick Kaplan of Pictometry, based in Henrietta, NY, presented today (6/15/06) at the Rochester Entrepreneurial Society.  He showed the great things Counties and Cities are doing with the Pictometry aerial technology.  MSN uses their images on LocalLive.com.  Pictometry also has a deal with Zillow.com (through MSN).  Zillow puts up Pictometry's images of your house when you type in your address.  Pictometry's geo-coding (latitude and longitude) is getting better and is now within 15 yards.  The Real Estate applications of this technology are not been fully developed yet, but you still can get the images free at MSN LocalLive.com and Zillow.com.  Happy viewing.
