Congrats to PineNeedleLawn.com for another great Blog Carnival of Real Estate VI. It's great to see the quality of the posts from all the contenders, pretenders and assorted blog wannabees.
Since Tom Stevens, NAR President, now has his own blog; shouldn't we formally invite him to participate in the Blog Carnival of Real Estate? Why should Zillow, Inman and all the rest of us have this new technology all to ourselves? Tom could award links to his site to all Full Service Broker-Blog Owners (FSBO's) or some other 6% solution. Tom could offer Industrial Strength Realtor Deodorant to all sellers with FS-BO. But Tom's still a "Missing-Link", an "Off the Beaten TrackBack"; and he's still on the DNC List (the Do Not Comment List).
Tom, if you're out there somewhere in the blogosphere, have no fear, no blogos-fear's here. We don't Byte, at least not much. And we're easily deleted; not so easily defeated. Haven't you recovered in Chicago from the Grand Opening of Al Capone's Vault? What's the places' value, or do I need to check Zillow?
Tom, Are we at BloggerHeads?
Tommy, Tommy, Tommy can you hear me? Tommy can you hear me?
Congratulations to the Blog Carnival festival, it was very successful. I hope i can attend next year.

Some time before, I did need to buy a car for my organization but I didn't have enough money and could not order something. Thank goodness my mate proposed to take the credit loans at reliable creditors. Thus, I acted so and used to be happy with my short term loan.
