Zillow.com is great if you have time to mess-around with the internet looking for free fun housing information.

If your serious about real estate, I recommend you using sites like realtor.com to view available homes for sale. Then when you find a home you like, ask your professional Realtor agent to do a mini CMA of the home so you can get an idea on whats available, sold, pending in the general area.

Your agent can also advice you on what the home is worth rather than relying on zillow.com for an estimate thats most likely off target.

Sincerely,

My question is do you think google will make the MLS cheaper than it is now. Flat fee mls is only $299.

What will happen?

One knows that life is expensive, but some people require cash for different issues and not every one gets big sums cash. Thence to get good loans and secured loan should be a proper solution.
