- What if, Real Estate Search gave home buyers, sellers and owners more relevant information, immediately, easily, for free; and without giving up any contact information?
- What if, Zillow Real Estate Search was more like Google Search?
- What if, Home Search on Realtor.com, HouseValues.com and the other subscription and sponsorship Real Estate Search Engines was more like Google Search?
- What if, Zillow had as many "illow" tools (MyZillow.com, ZMobile, etc) for Real Estate Search as Google has "oogle" tools for General Search?
- What if, Zillow.com had a higher Google Page Rank than ZillowBlog.com? (It does?)
What Ifs for Home Buyers:
- What if, Home buyers could search for every home for sale (listed and unlisted) on one Website?
- What if, Home buyers could search for every home for sale on Google and every other General Search Engine, right in the search box?
- What if, Home buyers could search for a home by its street address or any part of its street address, right in the search box?
- What if, Home buyers could save the estimates on all the homes they had an interest in? (MyZillow.com).
- What if, Home buyers could get a free estimate of a homes' value, exactly when they had their first interest in selling their home? (Top-of-the-Mind Real Estate Search). (zillow.com and RealEstateABC.com).
- What if, Home buyers could get all the information they need to sell their home, all on one Website?
What Ifs for Home Sellers and Realtors:
- What if, Every home owner had a free Website for his/her home?
- What if, Every home seller had a free Website for his/her home?
- What if, Every landlord had a free Website for every apartment?
- What if, The Websites for all homes for sale were pushed out to Google and all the other Search Engines; and for free?
- What if, Home sellers could get all the information they needed to sell a home on one Website?
- What if, Realtors told their home buyers and sellers to do what their fathers told them: Get 3 estimates: 1) Zillow.com, 2) RealEstateABC.com and 3) Realtor #1. Zillow can be the first place a home buyers or sellers go to check their home's value, as long as agents are the last place home buyers or sellers go to check their home's value.
- What if, All Realtor and MLS listing information was available on one platform, on one Website, and posting listings there was free to Realtors? (RealtorHolyGrailMLS.com)
- What if, All Realtors could push the information on all their listings out to Google and all the other General Search Engines, and for free?
- What if, Home sellers knew there was a service that pushed their home information out to Google and all the other General Search Engines, and for free?
- What if, All Realtors knew that all home owners knew there was a Real Estate Listing Internet Push Service, and it was free?
What Ifs for all Home-Sale Related Business Advertisers:
- What if, Every street address had its own Website?
- What if, You could advertise on every one of those Websites?
- What if, Every home for sale had its own Website?
- What if, You could advertise on every one of those Websites?
- What if, Every home had its own Website?
- What if, You could advertise on every one of those Websites?
- What if, Realtors and all other home-sale related businesses could advertise on the Websites of all of their properties, their target farm properties, their target Zip Code properties, their neighborhood properties?
- What if, You could advertise most on the Websites of your target market, when your market needed your product or service most? (Temporal Search Marketing)
- What if, You could patent a business method which could effectively target your local search advertising, down to the individual home and street address?
