Great Item! Good Job to you!

If you should ever need an appraiser for such items in the Greater New York area. Please let me know and I will be more then happy to help you!

By the sounds of it you are right on the Money! I love the fact that you state comparables. There really is so much need for proper research. Michigan homeowners are learning that they need "comps" for a whole neighborhood over the course of five years! Never fun when a homeowner needs to put into play A Mass Appraisal... sneaky little tax men & women!

Thanks again & please keep up the Great Work!

Great post especially the part about what not to do. Sadly the window for challenging assesments in Maryland is very short and I missed it.
